Charting Your Future

Charting Your Future aligns leaders and teams behind a purpose statement of 17 words or fewer, and embeds it into how the organisation actually behaves.

The Experience

The experience

Originally built for a large, complex multinational organisation, Charting Your Future operates in three stages: Define, Introduce, Embed. It's designed to ensure a leadership team doesn't just understand its purpose, but lives the behaviours that come with it.

The process

Define.

Survey the leadership team to mine values and cultural purpose. Partner with a select panel of senior leaders, including one-to-one interviews with C-level executives, to define desired values and behaviours. Engage stakeholders to solidify the research and key messaging.

Introduce.

A milestone event to craft content and align messaging, paired with a tailored adventure learning simulation mapped directly to the purpose and behaviours identified in the Define phase.

Embed.

A digital follow-up programme with short courses to reinforce learning and behavioural change, team coaching with core leaders, and post-programme monitoring to measure engagement and success.

The Process
Who is it for
Who it's for

Organisations going through culture change, post-merger integration, or any moment where leadership needs the whole business genuinely aligned behind a shared purpose. A strong fit for culture articulation and organisational transformation mandates.

Proof points

The methodology behind Trafigura's global culture articulation and activation programme, delivered across eight locations following the company's first Leadership Summit under a new CEO.
