Technology - FY27 International Sales Kickoff

Your people. Our methodology.

Base Camp is EP's internal licensing model. It gives your organisation the tools, training, and materials to deliver our flagship simulations yourselves - at your pace, at your scale, without depending on external delivery.

WHAT IT IS

Not a hand-off. A build.

Most leadership programmes create dependency. You bring in an external provider, deliver to one cohort, and start the process again next time. Base Camp is built on a different logic.

We train your internal facilitators to deliver EP's simulation content themselves. They leave the Train the Trainer equipped to run sessions independently, with full access to our delivery assets and materials. The methodology stays consistent. The quality standard stays high. And the capability lives inside your organisation permanently, not just for the duration of a contract.

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Then it's yours.

Choose your simulation.

EP offers two flagship simulations available under the Base Camp model: Everest and Into The Unknown. The right choice depends on your leadership themes, your audience, and what you need people to feel differently about when they leave the room. We'll help you decide.

Train your facilitators.

A small group of your internal team - typically two to four people - go through an intensive Train the Trainer with EP. This isn't a run-through of the slides. It covers facilitation principles, how to hold a room, how to connect the simulation to your organisation's specific context, and how to sustain impact across repeated delivery.

Deliver at scale.

Once certified, your team can run the half-day session as many times as your rollout requires. Same content. Same quality. Entirely internal.

WHO IT'S FOR

The right model, for the right organisation.

Base Camp works for organisations that have something specific to activate - a set of leadership behaviours, a cultural shift, a post-merger integration - and need to reach enough people, consistently enough, to make it real.

It works particularly well when external delivery would be logistically complex or commercially prohibitive at the volume required. But the model only works if the right conditions are in place.

We are selective about who we certify. Internal facilitators need to bring genuine credibility with their audience, real comfort in the room, and a commitment to delivering to a world-class standard. The Train the Trainer process is how we assess that - not just how we train for it. If we don't believe the conditions are right, we'll say so, and we'll work with you to find a model that is.

Base Camp is not the right answer for every organisation. When it is the right answer, it's a significantly better one.

THE PROOF

Heineken trained three of their internal team to deliver our Everest simulation across their organisation - activating a set of defined leadership behaviours at a scale and frequency that external delivery couldn't have matched.
