Beyond Resilience: Strength in the Unknown
Catapult Beyond Festival is Singapore’s flagship leadership and innovation festival for HR, L&D and organisational leaders. Run as a one-day unconference, it is built for people who want to challenge assumptions and lead beyond today’s playbooks.
This year’s theme, “Beyond Resilience: Strength in the Unknown”, reflects a reality our clients face every day. Resilience is no longer enough on its own. Leaders need to make good decisions, adapt and bring people with them when the path ahead isn’t clear.

Into the Unknown: The Featured Immersive Experience
Into the Unknown is the festival’s featured immersive experience. It is a high-energy leadership simulation that puts decision-making, adaptability and collaboration to the test under pressure.
Rather than hearing about leading through uncertainty, participants live it. Teams face incomplete information, shifting conditions and real consequences, then step back to examine how they decided, communicated and supported each other. It draws on the same expedition-based approach behind the programmes we deliver for leadership teams across APAC, EMEA, the UAE and the Americas.
