At the heart of this growth is Matt Jennison, our new Managing Director for the region. With over 25 years of commercial experience — including 16 years in the Middle East — Matt brings a wealth of knowledge in scaling teams, opening new offices, and building businesses across industries such as:

Known for his storytelling, leadership, and ability to galvanise teams, Matt brings the perfect mix of experience and energy to drive Explore’s mission in the region.
